Carcass Contest Information Sheets

After your animal crosses the scale you can have it go to the vet for an ultrasound. This is an opportunity for you to participate in the carcass contest. The vet will take measurements of various areas of your animal to determine muscle and fat percentages and other items like that. The following pages are more information on how and what the carcass contest is and what is being measured. The winners of the carcass contest are announced after that species show.
